Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising out of your use of this site, are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo have exclusive jurisdiction. This provision governs use of this website only. Any future customer agreement will set its own governing law and venue, negotiated separately.

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or the solicitation of an offer to buy, any security or interest in InCyTrade or any successor entity, in any jurisdiction.
