Cookie Policy

This site sets exactly one cookie, and it's not a tracking cookie. No analytics, no advertising, no fingerprinting, no third-party embeds. The one cookie is set by the consent-notice widget itself, purely to remember the choice you made - a use GDPR/ePrivacy, the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, and CCPA/CPRA all recognize as "strictly necessary," exempt from needing its own separate consent.
What "no tracking cookies" actually means here
Every font, script, and stylesheet this site loads is served from incytrade.com itself. Fonts, in particular, are deliberately self-hosted rather than pulled from Google Fonts or any other third-party font CDN at page-load time - loading fonts from a third party would silently send every visitor's IP address to that third party before any consent is collected, which is the single most common cookie/tracking-adjacent compliance defect on marketing sites in the EU (a German court held exactly this violates GDPR in a January 2022 ruling). Self-hosting removes that request entirely. The consent-notice widget itself is likewise self-hosted, not loaded from a third-party CDN, for the same reason.
The one cookie we set
The consent notice you see at the bottom of the page is powered by CookieConsent, an open-source, independently maintained library - used specifically so that consent behavior stays correct and current without us reinventing it. When you dismiss the notice, it sets a single cookie that stores only your consent choice and a timestamp - no identifier that's used for tracking, no data shared with anyone, nothing sent anywhere but your own browser. It expires after roughly six months, after which the notice reappears. You can clear it any time via your browser's site-data settings.
| Category | Used on this site? | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | One cookie | Records your consent choice, ~180-day expiry |
| Preferences | Not used | - |
| Analytics / performance | Not used | No analytics script is loaded, by anyone |
| Advertising / marketing | Not used | No ad network, no retargeting pixel |
If that ever changes
The consent widget already defines an "analytics" category - currently switched off, with no service attached to it, so accepting the notice today grants nothing beyond the necessary cookie above. If we add real analytics or any other non-essential script in the future, that category is where it will be gated: you'll be shown a real Accept/Reject choice, with reject exactly as easy as accept, before any such script runs. Nothing will start collecting data silently ahead of that change.
